What is all about?

Russian Techno label was started by Vadz in late 2007. It’s conception is true, unique techno and electro music with character, coming from Russia. We got 2 directions. 1: Our free releases are hosted at Internet Archive as high quality MP3 and FLAC. You can download, play, surge, throw them away or love forever. 2: Commercial releases (started in the middle of 2010) are distributed digitally all over the world and available at all good digital outlets: iTunes, Beatport, JunoDownload, Discogs, and others among them (check the banners on the right).

We also have podcast section where you can listen to different, mostly native DJs, showing their skills on the decks, defining each other’s point of view on techno and electro music. New mixes emerge about 1-2 times a month. Our podcast is available in iTunes, or via RSS. Be sure to subscribe!

Please mind, here the word ‘Techno’ stands NOT for dull minimal or epileptic schranz! It stands for no trends but unique sound and personal vision of it. It stands for real!

In the middle of 2010 the first physical release, RT-1, vinyl record faced the fingers of techno-DJs all over the world. Russian Techno entered it’s new epoch. The record was reviewed by famous UK’s Mixmag magazine and got ‘Tune Of The Month‘ award. A lot of internation DJs support us and play our music widely. The record is completely sold out.
